Fees
Fees include the entrance to the conference and tabletop exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference presentations in digital format. Fees exclude applicable VAT.

Tabletop exhibition
Book your tabletop and showcase your expertise to the delegates.
The tabletop fees include a space with 1 table, 2 chairs and an electrical connection, as well as 1 delegate pass per company. Fees exclude the 21% Belgian VAT. If you plan to book a tabletop, book it first to receive the coupon required to register the delegate included in your package.

Networking dinner
EDANA organises an optional desert safari and sunset dinner on 23 January 2024 at a cost of 175€/pers excl. VAT. The fee includes round trip transfer from event venue, thrilling dune safari, BBQ dinner with the best sunset views, and entertainment. Confirmation of activity is subject to a minimum number of delegates. If the required number is not reached by 20 November, EDANA reserves the right to cancel. In such situation, all costs will be refunded.
